Zicbot is an AI-powered assistant for restaurants that helps manage orders, answer customer questions, process payments, and provide related business insights. We may update or enhance the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Zicbot is offered through subscription plans (Basic, Growth, Brand).
Fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if payment is not received on time.
5. Credits & Usage
Each plan includes a set number of credits representing order or interaction capacity.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Excess usage beyond your plan may result in additional charges.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misuse or abuse the Service.
Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt our systems.
Use Zicbot for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect and process customer and restaurant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your customers are informed about and consent to their data being processed by Zicbot.
8. Third-Party Services
Zicbot may integrate with third-party payment gateways or tools. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of those third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
Zicbot and all related technology, branding, and content are owned by Ziclon (the company behind Zicbot).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your restaurant business.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately stop, and any unpaid fees will remain due.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zicbot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zicbot, its parent company (Ziclon), employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Zicbot after changes means you accept the new Terms.
